  • 2.黄瓜、香肠、蛋皮切条。准备好肉松、咸蛋黄。
  • 3.寿司帘上放寿司紫菜,薄薄的铺一层米饭,压实。一侧稍留些空白。
  • 4.依次放蛋皮、香肠、黄瓜、肉松、咸鸭蛋黄。
  • 5.从未留白的一侧卷起,用力卷实一些。
  • 6.刀沾水切开。
