    Steps to make 盆盆虾

    • 1.锅中放入适量油,爆香姜蒜;
    • 2.加入虾煸炒;
    • 3.炒至虾身变红后盛出,把锅内的油也盛出一大半来;
    • 4.用剩下的一点油炒豆瓣酱、葱段、辣椒粉(家里没干辣椒,用辣椒粉代替了)、花椒;
    • 5.加入清水或高汤;
    • 6.烧开后加入配菜;
    • 7.加入刚才炒好的虾略煮,加入料酒(还可加入盐、糖调味,豆瓣酱已经够咸了,就没加);
    • 8.装盘,把前面盛出来的油热一下,淋在表面,完成。
