  • 牛奶60克
  • 黄油40克
  • 消化饼干100克
  • 鱼胶粉15克

Steps to make 紫薯冻芝士蛋糕

  • 1.紫薯洗净,蒸熟。
  • 2.150克紫薯泥、50克紫薯丁。
  • 3.饼干用保鲜袋装上,压碎。
  • 4.黄油软化,隔水加热,将融化的黄油倒入饼干碎中,混合好,倒入模具中,用裹了保鲜膜的杯底摁平摁实。
  • 5.在饼干上撒些紫薯块。
  • 6.芝士提前2小时从冰箱中拿出软化,切成小块,隔水加热,用打蛋器打至润滑状态,将糖和牛奶加入奶酪中,倒入紫薯泥。鱼胶粉用少量的水混合,倒入奶酪糊中,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.将拌好的芝士倒入模具中。冷藏4小时左右。
  • 8.脱模时可用吹风机在模具上稍微吹几下。
