香甜不腻,无添加剂的芝麻红豆松子仁月饼

  • 蜜豆125g
  • 猪油60g
  • 绵白糖20g
  • 鸡蛋液1个
  • 熟糯米粉20g
  • 视水4g
  • 转化糖浆120
  • 中筋面粉160g
  • 花生油或玉米油30g

Steps to make 香甜不腻,无添加剂的芝麻红豆松子仁月饼

  • 1.准备好馅料食材。
  • 2.把蜜豆放入破壁机打碎,芝麻要炒熟打成粉末。
  • 3.锅烧六分热,中小火,把馅料的所有食材放入翻炒均匀待凉。
  • 4.搓成25克的圆形。放入盘中待用。
  • 5.准备好饼皮食材。
  • 6.把视水倒入转化糖浆中打匀,加入面粉拌匀。
  • 7.戴上一次性手套,把面团揉成团。
  • 8.用保鲜膜包裹好,松弛2个小时。
  • 9.把面团搓成长条,切成25克左右一个搓圆,模具内沾一些熟糯米粉,把包好的月饼放入模具,轻轻一压;放入准备好铺好油纸的烤盘中。
  • 10.喷雾瓶中加入纯净水喷撒一下,送人烤箱,烤5分钟定型。鸡蛋加少许水打成液,尽可能把刷子蘸很少的蛋液刷一下。
  • 11.烤箱温度180度15分钟左右。取出烤盘待温凉后用保鲜膜连烤盘一起包裹好,静置2天。
  • 12.静待月饼回油即可装入盒子中。
