小米新吃法❗️蒸山药小米肉丸子❗️健脾胃助消化,老少皆宜❤️
经常会给俩孩子做蒸肉丸子,糯米的,大米的,小米的,搭配山药,香菇,胡萝卜等等,健脾养胃,肉不柴容易咀嚼不塞牙,大人孩子都爱吃。

  • 山药150g
  • 猪肉馅150g
  • 玉米淀粉1勺
  • 小葱2颗
  • 蛋清1个
  • 2g
  • 3g
  • 白胡椒粉2g
  • 姜粉2g
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 香油1勺

Steps to make 小米新吃法❗️蒸山药小米肉丸子❗️健脾胃助消化,老少皆宜❤️

  • 1.准备猪肉打成肉泥(三肥七瘦),铁棍山药一段,小葱,小米提前浸泡3个小时。
  • 2.锅中加适量清水,山药去皮放入水中煮6-7成熟捞出来。
  • 3.肉馅中加入蛋清一个,盐,糖,白胡椒粉,姜粉,蚝油,生抽,玉米淀粉加适量水化开。
  • 4.朝着一个方向搅拌均匀,肉馅搅拌到有阻力,发粘,这样做出来的肉丸子好吃。
  • 5.山药切碎放入肉馅中。
  • 6.加一勺芝麻香油,搅拌均匀备用。
  • 7.小米控出水分放入盘子中,用手的虎口处挤出肉丸,放入小米中。
  • 8.让每个丸子上均匀的包裹上小米,如图。
  • 9.蒸锅中铺蒸馒头纸或者盘子刷油,全部操作完成以后蒸25-30分钟。
  • 10.这是蒸好的小米山药肉丸。
  • 11.肉馅又嫩又香,软糯绵软。
  • 12.山药健脾胃,搭配猪肉和小米,营养均衡。
