  • 1.鲜活的胖头鱼。
  • 2.鱼头抹盐入味,喜欢大味的,喜欢吃辣的还可以抹些辣椒粉,放些生姜入锅蒸蒸8-10分钟鱼眼凸出就好了。
  • 3.准备好的剁椒,切细的野山椒和生姜。
  • 4.油锅下入剁椒,生姜,野山椒,加入陈醋,胡椒翻炒,(愿意给味精的可以加点味精)端锅直接淋在蒸好的鱼头上。
  • 5.我觉得鱼头太贵,所以总是买条不到一斤的鳊鱼,用这种办法来做剁椒鳊鱼,味道好经济又实惠。
