Steps to make 糖醋蒜

  • 1.新鲜的紫皮大蒜。
  • 2.剥去外壳,根部切齐。
  • 3.用水洗净,摊在帘子上晾干。
  • 4.放到干净不透光的陶瓷瓶里。
  • 5.白糖加适量水煮融化关火。
  • 6.放入盐和香醋拌匀。
  • 7.晾凉倒到瓶子里,盖盖密封腌制一两个月即可,个人觉得时间越久越好吃。
  • 8.腌制好的糖醋蒜。
