Steps to make 青椒蒜蓉蒸生蚝

  • 1.鲜活生蚝1kg。
  • 2.洗净。
  • 3.去掉半斤壳(有些生蚝肉我剥下来放同一个壳里了)。
  • 4.每一个里都滴上柠檬汁去腥。
  • 5.青椒、蒜头,小葱洗净。
  • 6.切碎后放入容器里加入料酒、鸡精、生抽、胡椒碎。
  • 7.拌匀。
  • 8.铺到生蚝上。
  • 9.淋上椰子油,放上小葱段,在一旁腌制10分钟。
  • 10.上蒸锅蒸12分钟左右,去掉葱段。
  • 11.再放入青葱和小蕃茄点缀装饰即可。
