草莓大福
过年甜点是必不可少的,现在也刚好是草莓上市的季节,采摘园里摘了奶油草莓,味道不错,就用它来做一道甜点吧。做法简单零失败,用具就是一口蒸锅,是非常方便在家制作的甜点。

  • 糯米粉100g
  • 玉米淀粉30g
  • 纯牛奶170g
  • 黄油20g
  • 白糖15g

Steps to make 草莓大福

  • 1.草莓园里新鲜采摘的奶油草莓。
  • 2.流水冲洗后,小苏打水浸泡几分钟,然后再用流水冲洗。
  • 3.洗净的草莓去蒂,用厨房纸吸干表面水分。
  • 4.用豆沙馅包裹草莓。
  • 5.包好备用。
  • 6.糯米粉和玉米淀粉放入盆里。
  • 7.牛奶和糖搅拌均匀,让糖融化。
  • 8.粉类倒入牛奶中搅拌均匀并过筛。
  • 9.盖上保鲜膜,保鲜膜上轧小孔透气,开水上笼蒸20分钟。
  • 10.蒸好后趁热放入黄油。
  • 11.不断压揉到黄油完全吸收,晾凉后饧1小时。
  • 12.取一小块面团擀开,包裹豆沙草莓,然后包严实。
  • 13.包好的草莓大福可以在熟糯米粉里滚一下防止粘连。也可以在椰蓉里滚一下。
