跟普通蛋糕不同,我在每只蛋糕球中夹了一颗新西兰黑醋栗,有一点微微的酸,让人食欲大开。外层,先将白巧克力隔水融化,再加入适量新西兰黑醋栗粉,颜色变成了娃最爱的紫色,而且还中和了巧克力的甜腻感,酸酸甜甜清爽的很。

黑醋栗又称为黑加轮子,它的食用价值和药用价值都非常高,同时,黑醋栗还是丰富的抗氧化剂来源,含有很高含量的可溶性纤维、以及高水平的花青素,营养非常丰富。

我用的是新西兰产黑醋栗,它具有更强的抗氧化作用,高浓度维生素C和花青素等。真空冷冻干燥后的冻干新西兰黑醋栗,能保持黑醋栗原有营养成分,加水后溶解迅速,而且可以长期保存。

这款冻干新西兰黑醋栗,不但能做点心,做饮料酒水口味更佳,更清爽。

  • 1.准备所需食材。
  • 2.全蛋液中加入油。
  • 3.将其搅打均匀。
  • 4.再加入糖。
  • 5.再次搅打均匀。
  • 6.筛入低筋粉和泡打粉。
  • 7.搅拌至细滑无颗粒。
  • 8.将蛋糕糊挤入模具,分别放一颗新西兰黑醋栗。
  • 9.入烤箱140度,20分钟。
  • 10.烤好的蛋糕略微晾凉。
  • 11.将白巧克力隔水融化,加入新西兰黑醋栗粉,搅匀。
  • 12.棒棒糖蛋糕蘸一层巧克力,撒装饰糖即可。
  • 13.这是新西兰黑醋栗及粉的原貌。
