  • 1.莲藕去皮洗净后切小碎丁。
  • 2.猪肉要选择肥瘦的,五花肉最好。加料酒,生抽,黑胡椒粉,盐,鸡蛋,香油搅匀。
  • 3.香葱切碎加进去。
  • 4.筷子朝一个方向使劲搅出胶。
  • 5.最后把藕放进去搅匀。
  • 6.搅好的馅儿比较粘稠。
  • 7. 带上一次性手套团成圆球。
  • 8. 平底锅烧热油,用手轻压扁改小火煎制。
  • 9. 一面金黄翻面煎另一面。
  • 10.两面焦黄即可出锅。
