  • 大蒜2头
  • 生抽15ml
  • 蚝油15ml
  • 白糖10g

Steps to make 蒜蓉紫苏小龙虾

  • 1.小龙虾去头,去虾线,去腿,刷洗干净。
  • 2.紫苏去茎留叶,清洗干净。
  • 3.大蒜剁成蒜蓉。
  • 4.锅内放油,可比平时炒菜多一倍的量,放入一半蒜蓉爆香,再放入小龙虾翻炒。
  • 5.加入生抽、蚝油、糖、盐继续翻炒。
  • 6.加入紫苏叶同炒。
  • 7.加水煮沸几分钟后,放入剩下的一半蒜蓉,继续煮。
  • 8.待汤汁快要收干时出锅,不要完全收干,留一些汤汁会更入味。
