Steps to make 芒果椰奶冻

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.将10g的吉利丁粉加入清水搅拌至糊状备用,比例的10:40。
  • 3.依次加入椰浆、纯牛奶、白砂糖,最后放入吉利丁糊,一直用勺子搅拌至有一点点气泡,立即关火,常温放至凉透,一定是凉透,热的椰奶与水果混合,果粒会变黑哦!
  • 4.芒果、桃尽量切成小丁,要不最后不容易成型,果粒铺满整个器皿中,也可以放入杯中。
  • 5.均匀的倒入制作好的椰奶,适当的调整一下果粒的位置,让椰奶液体中均匀的布满果粒。
  • 6.冷藏3—4小时后,将冻好的椰奶冻用小刀把器皿四壁切一圈倒扣、切块,就可以吃吃吃。
