Steps to make 肉夹馍

  • 1.酵母里加入适量的温水调匀,倒入面粉里和成面团,发至两倍大
  • 2.揉出气泡,擀成0.5厘米左右厚度的面皮,撒上一层薄薄的面粉
  • 3.从下往上卷成卷
  • 4.切成60克左右一个的面团
  • 5.面团立起来,收口擀成一厘米厚度面饼
  • 6.平底锅烧热不用加油,放入面饼,小火慢慢烙
  • 7.烙至微微隆起就熟透了
  • 8.猪腿肉洗干净
  • 9.切成两厘米左右方块,加入所有调料
  • 10.加入适量的水
  • 11.放入压力锅,压30分钟
  • 12.放凉取出切碎,加入葱花,香菜
  • 13.烙好的面饼从中间用刀切开,夹入猪肉就做好了
  • 14.早上来一个是不是很省事呢
