海苔鸡肉卷
上次带女儿去喝早茶的时候,发现她特别爱吃海苔鸡肉卷。女儿一向挑食,没想到这个小小的鸡肉卷竟让她如此喜欢,我忍不住尝了一口,香甜又嫩滑,鸡肉一点也不会柴,外面的一层海苔让它吃起来带点嚼劲,怪不得小孩子那么爱吃啦。
要做好这道小吃,选好海苔很关键,因为有些品牌的海苔,在煎制的过程中会散开,影响卖相和口感。所以我选择了性价比较高的百盛达海苔,用它卷鸡肉泥的时候,不会破裂,煎制的时候,紫菜也不会与肉泥分离,做紫菜卷毫无压力!
当然,这种海苔也是可以直接吃的,香脆可口,入口即化,大人和小孩都难以抗拒。一岁以上的宝宝就可以适量吃海苔,它除了口感好,还能帮助宝宝提高免疫力和提高智力!

  • 玉米淀粉15g

Steps to make 海苔鸡肉卷

  • 1.玉米提前放入沸水中焯水2分钟。
  • 2.鸡胸肉和玉米淀粉放入料理机中搅拌成肉泥。
  • 3.取出搅拌好的肉泥加入玉米粒,筷子把玉米和肉泥搅拌均匀。
  • 4.鸡肉泥装入裱花袋中,紫菜平铺,挤出长条形。
  • 5.慢慢向前卷起紫菜。
  • 6.平底锅中加入少许油,把紫菜卷放入锅中,中小火煎至两端金黄就可以了。
  • 7.完成了~~
