韩式辣炒年糕

  • 蒜泥半勺
  • 韩式辣椒酱2勺
  • 白糖2勺
  • 辣椒粉1勺
  • 酿造酱油半勺
  • 炒熟芝麻半勺

Steps to make 韩式辣炒年糕

  • 1.3杯水、半勺蒜泥、2勺韩式辣椒酱、2勺白糖、1勺辣椒粉、半勺酿造酱油一起放到锅里大火烧开。
  • 2.待水完全烧开之后倒入年糕,转小伙煮15分钟左右,直到水量剩3分之1左右。
  • 3.趁煮的功夫准备其他材料,小葱切段、鱼饼切条状、洋葱切片。
  • 4.煮到水剩3分之1左右的时候倒入洋葱和鱼饼再煮一会儿。
  • 5.等水收的差不多了放入葱段搅拌开再煮个30秒左右,这时水也应该收的也够了
  • 6.关火撒上炒熟的芝麻。可以端上桌了。
