青菜氽丸子
很幸运的在微博上得了一份乡村黑猪肉,收到后洗洗放在冰箱冻着,周末拿出来仔细瞧瞧:这块瘦中有肥的肉做肉馅多好哇,于是马上行动搬出料理机碎肉,家里还有小油菜,就是氽丸子了!
一般做肉馅的时候都不放淀粉的,这次做氽丸子汤也学了新的做法加了一大勺的玉米淀粉,使劲搅拌上劲,最后成型特别好,再加上是乡村黑猪肉,肉质本来就很好,煮好的肉丸一个个圆滑香嫩的,汤质也特别的鲜美,家人连汤带菜吃个精光,很有成就感呀!

  • 黑猪肉300G
  • 小油菜一把
  • 香葱一把
  • 香菜两颗
  • 一块
  • 十三香少许
  • 胡椒粉少许
  • 生抽四勺
  • 生粉一大勺
  • 鸡蛋一个

Steps to make 青菜氽丸子

  • 1.准备好所需要的食材
  • 2.把猪肉打成肉泥,尽量细腻一点
  • 3.葱白和香菜梗切开爆锅用,葱叶和姜切细末
  • 4.肉泥中加姜葱末、鸡蛋、生粉、生抽、十三香和盐
  • 5.顺着一个方向使劲搅拌,让肉馅起筋吃着口感才好
  • 6.热锅温油爆香姜片、葱白和香菜梗
  • 7.加入清水烧开
  • 8.用手抓一团猪肉馅,从虎口挤出,用勺子取下放入锅中
  • 9.依次做完全部的肉丸子,大火煮开
  • 10.放入小油菜烫一分钟
  • 11.放盐和胡椒粉提味即可
  • 12.鲜香可口的氽丸子可以上桌啦
