Steps to make 酱香鹅腿

  • 1.准备:鹅腿清洗干净。
  • 2.备:姜,蒜,红葱头。
  • 3.用热水稍微烫一下鹅腿让鹅腿的皮更紧实。
  • 4.热锅放油下姜,蒜头,红葱头爆香。
  • 5.将鹅腿放入稍微的两面煎制一下下,然后放入酱油,米酒,冰糖。
  • 6.适量的开水,中小火煮。
  • 7.盖上盖子煮30分钟左右。
  • 8.30分钟过去了,打开盖子色泽不错,鹅腿差不多是熟透的,可以用筷子插一下肉多的地方如果没血水渗出就是熟透了。
  • 9.要令鹅腿上色更漂亮,用勺子将汤汁不停的淋在鹅腿上。
  • 10.差不多五分钟后可以对比一下是不是色泽更红亮了,关火。
  • 11.夹上盘中,稍微放凉。
  • 12.斩件装盘,淋上酱汁即可上桌品尝。
