麻辣牛肉是四川自贡盐帮菜系的特色传统美食之一,选用牛里脊肉、大葱、香料等食材,精心烹制而成。

  • 白砂糖2勺

  • 花椒粉50g

Steps to make 麻辣牛肉

  • 1.选择上好的牛腿肉,洗净,放入料酒、大葱、老姜、八角、大料、盐适量后炖煮40分钟
  • 2.炖煮40分钟后的牛肉 捞出 放凉
  • 3.切条 自己觉得大小合适就行,切完后放入40度左右温度的油里效果慢炸 炸到水分干了就捞出
  • 4.这个是最重要的环节,炒料,油温凉到40度左右,倒入辣椒粉慢慢翻炒至可以闻到香味,倒入牛肉,继续翻炒,加入花椒面,鸡精味精
  • 5.一盘香喷喷的麻辣牛肉就做好了,是不是流口水了啊!!
