Steps to make 迷你布朗尼蛋糕

  • 1.先将核桃稍微切碎备用。(不用烤熟)
  • 2.黄油和黑巧克力放入盆中,隔水融化后,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入红糖搅拌至糖基本融化。(红糖如果有颗粒的话,要先用搅拌机打碎,我忘记打碎了,搅拌了很久才融化)
  • 4.分两次加入打散的蛋液,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.筛入低筋粉和可可粉的混合物,翻拌均匀。
  • 6.加入30克的核桃碎,拌匀即可,不要过度搅拌。
  • 7.将蛋糕糊装入裱花袋中,挤入蛋糕模中,再撒上剩余的核桃碎。
  • 8.烤箱预热,180度,上下火,中层,烤25分钟左右。
