    Steps to make 各色芋圆

    • 1.紫薯和南瓜蒸熟,分别去皮捣成泥。
    • 2.紫薯泥加入木薯粉,搅拌成絮状。
    • 3.紫薯水份少,太干了可以加入适量的牛奶。
    • 4.揉成团。
    • 5.将面团擀平,切成小粒,可以揉成小球,不揉也可以。
    • 6.同样的做法做了黄色的南瓜芋圆,用红糖和可可粉做了黑色的芋圆,用牛奶做了白色的芋圆。
    • 7.可以多做一点装进盒子放冰箱冷冻,随吃随取。
    • 8.芋圆下进开水锅中,搅拌一下防止粘锅。
    • 9.芋圆都飘上来就熟了。
    • 10.用饮用水冲一下。
