补脑佳品---鱼子酱寿司
前几天,孩子考试,朋友送来了几瓶野生大马哈鱼鱼籽酱给孩子补脑。大马哈鱼籽有“红珍珠”之称。一颗鱼籽的营养价值比一个鸡蛋还要高出几倍。含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸、磷酸盐,VAVD.是真正的脑黄金。
鱼子俗称食品里的“黄金”无论从的营养和价格都独占熬头,人只要每天食用三颗粒鱼子就可以答道一天的蛋白需求量,在西餐中鱼子是用来贵宾和贵族的佳品。我还真的对这鱼子酱不太感兴趣,也没吃出特别的味道。只是喜欢吃在嘴里那种好玩的感觉。用牙齿轻轻咬破,能够听到‘啵、啵”的声音。。。
做寿司用的寿司醋,我是用欣和的新产品酝酿醯官醋调制度,醯官醋有着一种特出的自然发酵的酸味,没有添加任何防腐剂,增色剂,冰醋酸。。。。醯官醋,酸味柔和,富含谷物营养。

Steps to make 补脑佳品---鱼子酱寿司

  • 1.准备好所以用料。
  • 2.取一碗,加入盐 糖和醯官醋,比例是 1;5;7,搅拌均匀至糖 盐融化。
  • 3.把调好的寿司醋和米饭充分搅拌均匀。
  • 4.将一大勺加入寿司醋的米饭,放入用保鲜膜中包好,用手轻轻的捏成饭团。
  • 5.用海苔把饭团围住,接缝粘牢。
  • 6.用勺把鱼子酱放在饭团上即可。
