六寸磅蛋糕_翻糖打底蛋糕
外形漂亮到不输任何蛋糕,..制作也很简单,一起动手吧...

  • 黄油180克

Steps to make 六寸磅蛋糕_翻糖打底蛋糕

  • 1.准备好所有的材料,并用ACA小称称出重量.
  • 2.如果黄油无法软化,可以放入微波炉中叮几十秒,我这边太冷了.我选择叮了50秒...注意不要叮化了.
  • 3.将黄油加入白沙糖打到羽化状态..如图中发白的样子...
  • 4.然后每次加入一个鸡蛋打发
  • 5.打发到与黄油完全融合,(如图中状态)直到加完四个鸡蛋...
  • 6.加完所有鸡蛋,黄油一定要打发充分蓬松状态..如图.
  • 7.然后筛入低粉.....
  • 8.把低粉翻拌均匀.....(预热烤箱)
  • 9.六寸蛋糕模四周和底部刷上些黄油防粘.把蛋糕糊装入模具中.....上面用刮刀刮平....
  • 10.送入预热好的ACA烤箱中...上火160度.下火140度..50分钟左右...
  • 11.烤箱中25分钟的样子...会稍有长高,但是幅度不会太大...
  • 12.出炉了.非常漂亮,黄油蛋糕就是要开裂哦....(可以用牙签试一下.不粘牙签就全熟透).冷却后脱模即可....
