Steps to make 凉拌花甲

  • 1.买回来的花甲放少许盐浸泡半小时,然后反复清洗干净,锅内加适量清水,放入姜 片、葱结、倒少许料酒大火烧开,倒入花甲煮至开口(约两分钟)。
  • 2.焯过水的花甲去壳只保留有肉的半边。
  • 3.将切好的蒜末、葱白、小米辣铺在已开边的花甲上。
  • 4.浇上热油,撒上葱花,倒入适量酱油拌匀即可。
