茄汁火山土豆泥
有一次在饭店里吃到这款土豆泥,感觉很有创意,也非常好吃,回来就做了一些小小的改良,添加了胡萝卜泥,替换成了茄汁口味,这样可以更适合小朋友和不喜欢吃辣和重口味的小伙伴,将土豆泥浸在茄汁里,让我回想起了肯德基里经典的那款鸡汁土豆泥,一样好吃的停不下来。

  • 西红柿300克
  • 冷冻蔬菜20克
  • 橄榄油20毫升
  • 六月鲜10克轻盐特级原汁酱油2勺

Steps to make 茄汁火山土豆泥

  • 1.准备食材:土豆去皮切块放入蒸锅蒸煮15分钟,胡萝卜去皮切段蒸熟。
  • 2.将蒸熟的土豆倒入碗中。
  • 3.将土豆碾成泥。
  • 4.将蒸熟的胡萝卜碾成泥。
  • 5.将胡萝卜泥和土豆泥混合。
  • 6.将混合好后的土豆萝卜泥倒入一个碗中压实。
  • 7.将碗倒扣在盘中,然后取出碗,将胡萝卜土豆泥用叉子做出火山的造型。
  • 8.锅内倒入20ml橄榄油。
  • 9.将番茄去皮切块倒入锅内进行煸炒。
  • 10.煸炒出沙。
  • 11.倒入20g冷冻蔬菜,翻拌均匀。
  • 12.倒入2勺酱油(六月鲜10克轻盐特级原汁酱油)。
  • 13.搅拌均匀炖煮2分钟即可。
  • 14.将炖煮好的茄汁淋在土豆泥上即可。
