清香柠檬司康
最近天气暖和,很适合晒太阳和朋友一起下午茶,做了个柠檬司康,味道还不错,非常清香,记得最后撒糖粉,拍的时候忘了。

  • 泡打粉5g
  • 黄油45g
  • 1g
  • 柠檬1个
  • 冰牛奶70g

Steps to make 清香柠檬司康

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.将所有粉类混合,再剥入柠檬屑混合搅匀。
  • 3.黄油切小块加入面粉中,揉搓成粗粒。
  • 4.然后加入冰牛奶搅匀,揉出面团。
  • 5.轻轻擀开后对折几次再继续擀开。
  • 6.用圆形模具刻出形状,放入烤盘。
  • 7.柠檬去皮切片,用纸巾吸干表面水分,然后放在司康饼上,表面撒适量糖粉送入烤箱。
  • 8.烤箱预热160度烤30分钟即可。
