Steps to make 啤酒虾

  • 1.将康宁锅内先放入姜片。
  • 2.将草虾铺在上面后,放入葱段。
  • 3.在锅内倒入200ml啤酒。
  • 4.大火煮开后盖上锅盖,转小火煮10分钟。
  • 5.待草虾变色之后,就可以收汁了。
  • 6.加入3g盐搅拌一下即可关火。
  • 7.最后淋上柠檬汁即可。
