腊肠百合蒸蟹
秋天的第一餐螃蟹,百合在中间吸收腊肠香味和蟹的鲜味更加好吃。蓝脚蟹是公蟹肉会比较鲜甜,也可以换成带糕的母蟹、青蟹这些我都试过也很好吃。

Steps to make 腊肠百合蒸蟹

  • 1.鲜百合拆开洗净后浸水1小时,潮式腊肠切薄片摆盘底,蓝脚蟹买的时候叫老板帮忙杀好加冰再带回。
  • 2.腊肠撒上少许白糖。
  • 3.百合浸水后沥干水分后加上适量白糖,盐,鸡粉拌匀再摆放到腊肠上面。
  • 4.蟹再洗掉冰水摆到腊肠百合上面,蟹肉均匀撒上少许盐。
  • 5.放上葱段和姜片。
  • 6.水开后下锅蒸。
  • 7.大火蒸5分30秒就可以了。
  • 8.岀锅后把姜片葱段去除,放上芫荽段淋上热油。
