大酱汤
这是一款纯素的韩式大酱汤,只有豆腐、海带,用牛肉粉调味,口感比单纯用大酱做出的汤要丰富的多。

Steps to make 大酱汤

  • 1.这是韩式大酱,比较干;
  • 2.把大酱放热水里泡上,用勺子把大酱搅拌开;
  • 3.准备豆腐和海带,海带已焯过水;
  • 4.泡开的大酱放入砂锅里,放入适量的清水,大火烧开;
  • 5.放入豆腐、海带继续煮,时间长一点没关系;
  • 6.大约煮20分钟左右,放入牛肉粉调味;
  • 7.继续煮10分钟,即可盛出。
