Steps to make 家庭自制酸菜米线

  • 1.准备好主要材料:米线、鸡蛋、酸菜。
  • 2.将酸菜切碎。姜、蒜、葱洗净切末。米线泡到清水中。
  • 3.鸡蛋打入碗中,加点盐打散。
  • 4.锅中放油烧热将鸡蛋炒熟。舀出置于一边。
  • 5.锅中再次放油,烧热放入姜、蒜、花椒炒香,然后放入酸菜炒,放入适量的胡椒和白糖。
  • 6.炒香后加入高汤(没高汤直接用清水)。
  • 7.烧开放入炒好的鸡蛋。调入鸡精和小葱。(盐味自己掌握适当添加)味汤做好。倒入适当的容器中。
  • 8.锅中置入适量的清水烧开,放入泡软的米线煮熟。
  • 9.将煮好的米线捞到大腕中。
  • 10.倒入味汤,再放点香油,搅拌均匀即可食用。
