Steps to make 傣味凉拌土豆丝

  • 1.土豆大的一个就可以,小的俩个,去皮洗干净。把菜准备好。
  • 2.胡萝卜切丝
  • 3.土豆切丝
  • 4.烧热水,水沸。
  • 5.下土豆丝,也可以一起下胡萝卜丝,胡萝卜丝可以生吃,看个人喜欢,可下可不下。
  • 6.煮2至3分钟起锅,下凉水浸泡以后控干水分。不能煮太长,影响口感。
  • 7.小米辣,大蒜,芫荽切碎。
  • 8.土豆丝胡萝卜丝拿大点的容器装上,方便搅拌。下大蒜小米辣芫荽,单山沾水,芝麻油,花椒油。一个半柠檬挤成汁拌入。加盐要小心,因为沾水里面有盐了。
  • 9.拌匀,剩下半个柠檬做装饰。
  • 10.完工开饭了。其实冰过更好吃,酸辣开胃。
