玉米粑粑
正是玉米成熟期,煮着吃,炒着吃,烤着吃都吃够了,今天突然想到以前买过一种玉米粑粑来吃,特别香,很浓郁的玉米香味,下午试着做了,很成功,特别香,一次多做点放在冰箱随时吃都可以。

Steps to make 玉米粑粑

  • 1.玉米包上的叶子剪掉头和尾,洗干净备用。
  • 2.新鲜糯玉米500g。
  • 3.用料理机打成玉米泥,不加水,刚开始很难打坚持一下就好了,玉米很多水份。
  • 4.普通面粉和糯米粉3/1的比例,泡打粉白砂糖全部放入玉米泥中搅拌均匀,静置10分钟。(玉米面粉也可以)
  • 5.搅拌均匀后是很浓稠的样子,任然是有水份的,绝对不是和馒头那样干面团哦。
  • 6.用勺子把玉米粑粑放到叶子上开水下锅蒸15分钟即可。
  • 7.刚出锅的样子,超香的。
  • 8.玉米粑粑超香超好吃。
  • 9.成品。
