炸猪排

  • 猪里脊400g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 奥尔良烤翅料10g
  • 椒盐5g
  • 鸡精5g
  • 孜然5g
  • 面粉3勺
  • 辣椒粉5g

Steps to make 炸猪排

  • 1.里脊肉洗干净横切两片
  • 2.切好两片的大小
  • 3.用小锤子或者擀面杖反复捶打里脊肉
  • 4.捶打至体积增大,然后用刀轻切里脊,横切完竖切,就跟用牙签扎是一个道理,后续腌制的时候能更好的入味
  • 5.放入奥尔良烤料,鸡精,椒盐腌制
  • 6.腌制半小时左右,这个时间鸡蛋打散,面包糠和面粉准备好
  • 7.裹一层蛋液,裹一层面粉,再裹一层蛋液
  • 8.最后裹上面包糠
  • 9.放入油锅炸制,两面炸到焦黄中间熟透即可,小火炸制,千万别炸糊了
  • 10.切块盛盘
  • 11.撒上孜然和花椒粉,一盘喷香的炸猪排就炸好了,另一块猪排也是同样方法炸制
