    Steps to make 梭子蟹炒青椒

    • 1.先来处理梭子蟹:用小刷子刷洗干净蟹壳,蟹脚,去脐,然后把壳打开,取出蟹腮,然后斩成小块儿,切面儿蘸少许干面粉。
    • 2.留两个蟹壳。
    • 3.青椒洗净切成小块儿,入油锅煸一下盛出备用。
    • 4.姜末备用。
    • 5.锅内放油烧热然后放入蟹块儿,煸一下定型。
    • 6.放入姜末爆香。
    • 7.烹入料酒。
    • 8.加少许东古一品鲜调味。
    • 9.翻炒均匀。
    • 10.加少许盐和白糖,倒入适量清水烧开。
    • 11.烧至入味,倒入青椒块儿继续翻炒均匀。
    • 12.淋入少许水淀粉勾薄芡。
    • 13.翻炒几下就可以关火啦!
    • 14.装盘上桌。
