  • 1.材料准备好:鱼丸、胡萝卜、粉丝、油菜、小葱。
  • 2.自制的草鱼丸Q弹洁白。
  • 3.绿豆粉丝用凉水泡软,剪短使用。
  • 4.胡萝卜切薄圈,油菜切断,小葱切末。
  • 5.鱼丸、胡萝卜片同入锅中,倒适量水,大火煮开。
  • 6.待鱼丸体积变大,胡萝卜变软后,加适量盐,将粉丝入汤中。
  • 7.煮1分钟后将油菜入汤中,变色即关火,起锅前撒香葱末,淋少许芝麻香油。
