山药红枣土鸡汤
朋友去山里玩给我们带回来了一只土鸡,感觉红烧或者炖蘑菇都可惜了,土鸡还是最适合炖汤。
用土鸡炖汤无需太多的调料,清炖即可,加上铁棍山药、红枣,再加点上枸杞以及足够的时间。就能炖出营养丰富、香味浓郁、滋味鲜美的鸡汤。

Steps to make 山药红枣土鸡汤

  • 1.准备好所需食材:土鸡1000g、山药300g、红枣60g、枸杞20g、大葱20g、姜20g;先将土鸡洗净后斩成块、山药去皮后切滚刀块、红枣和枸杞清洗干净、姜切片、大葱切段备用
  • 2.汤锅中加入适量清水大火烧开,水开后下入鸡块和黄酒5ml,汆烫后捞出(大火7分钟)
  • 3.砂锅中加入开水2500ml,下入鸡块、姜片和葱段大火煮开(大火3分钟)
  • 4.开锅后转小火炖煮70分钟(小火70分钟)
  • 5.下入山药和红枣小火炖煮(小火30分钟)
  • 6.下入枸杞小火炖煮(小火5分钟)
  • 7.调入盐3g,小火炖煮5分钟后即可关火(小火5分钟)
  • 8.鲜香美味的山药红枣土鸡汤就炖好了,汤鲜味美,营养丰富。
