  • 1.鲍鱼洗净备用。
  • 2.辅料全家福。
  • 3.热油放入葱姜蒜煸炒。

  • 5.加入2匙黄豆酱翻炒。
  • 6.加入啤酒没过鲍鱼,加入老抽、味极鲜和蚝油炖20分钟。
  • 7.浸泡半小时后出锅即可食用。
