Steps to make 花纹蛋糕

  • 1.准备原料。
  • 2.清水和油混合均匀。
  • 3.加入过筛的低筋面粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入鸡蛋的蛋黄,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.蛋白中加入白糖、盐和白醋。
  • 6.打发到有小尖角的状态。
  • 7.取三分之一的蛋白与蛋黄糊翻炒均匀。
  • 8.再倒入剩余的蛋白中,翻炒均匀。
  • 9.倒入蛋糕模具中,在桌面上震几下。
  • 10.将1个蛋黄搅散,装入裱花袋,挤在蛋糕的表面,用筷子随便划出花纹即可入炉烘烤,上火140度,下火130度,时间38分钟,蛋糕成熟,表面上色均匀,出炉晾凉即可。
