清蒸鲳鱼

Steps to make 清蒸鲳鱼

  • 1.鲳鱼去腮去肚洗净控水。
  • 2.大一点的就打花刀便于入味。
  • 3.葱姜备好。
  • 4.把鲳鱼放入大碗里,加少许盐,葱姜丝,料酒,拌匀,腌制十五分钟。
  • 5.盘子底部垫姜片葱丝,然后把鲳鱼放入。
  • 6.蒸锅内注水烧开,把鱼盘放进去,蒸8分钟,关火后虚火蒸二分钟。
  • 7.家里没有红椒了,我用小米辣代替,和香葱一起切碎。
  • 8.蒸好的鱼捡出葱姜,我移入另一个盘中。
  • 9.倒入少许蒸鱼豉油,撒上香葱小米辣碎。
  • 10.锅内放油烧至冒烟。
  • 11.趁热浇在鱼盘中。
  • 12.上桌啦!
