卤鸭腿

因为孩子爸不在家,娘俩买了点虾子,于是就买了个大鸭腿来卤一下,反正女儿也爱吃,一举两得,好吃不浪费。

把鸭腿焯水后,再把表皮给煎一下,煎去了一些油脂,卤出来皮也更香。

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.烧开水,加入料酒,把鸭腿焯不。
  • 3.放少许油,把鸭表皮煎一下。沥去多余的油。
  • 4.加入水烧开。
  • 5.然后放鸭入卤汤里。
  • 6.再把炒锅里的水加入。烧开后,转小火卤制1小时,再停火泡半小时,再卤炖半小时,然后停火泡一泡即可。
  • 7.、卤好了,凉一下。
  • 8.切块,淋上卤汁即可。
  • 9.可以吃喽。
