冰镇杨梅汤——酸甜冰凉好度夏
朋友送的杨梅,个头大,也挺甜,但因为之前已吃过好多自己买的,别人送的,已经有点味觉疲劳了,所以换了个花样来吃。早知道有这种吃法,就是一直没试过,这次一试,真的非常不错,所以推荐给大家。这道饮品不仅做法简单,酸甜适口,冰镇过更是非常解渴,而且颜色也很艳丽,可以说是颜值和味值都很高哈,我是认为比那些个什么什么的添加剂饮料强不知多少倍。
杨梅大家都知道,很容易会有小虫子,特别是雨天摘下的,所以我们做之前一定要用盐水泡一下后,尽量清洗干净。杨梅在煮了浸泡后,颜色会变浅些,而汤的颜色则会越来越浓艳,糖的量自己按自己口味调节。

    • 1.杨梅先大致洗一下,用淡盐水浸泡1 小时左右。
    • 2.再洗净,包括杨梅上的一些杂物。
    • 3.锅内水开后加入适量冰糖。
    • 4.冰糖煮化后,加入洗好的杨梅。
    • 5.水开后再煮2分钟左右,杨梅煮后会变酸,撇去上面的浮沫,晾凉后密封进冰箱冷藏半天或一晚即可食用,关于保存我没试过放多久,还是2-3天内尽快吃完吧。
