迷你火腿肠面包

Steps to make 迷你火腿肠面包

  • 1.牛奶260克,酵母粉5克倒入厨师机。
  • 2.倒入面包粉400克,低粉100克,鸡蛋一个,盐5克,白糖60克一起放入厨师机 内。
  • 3.然后启动搅拌程序。搅拌至两面表面光滑有弹性。
  • 4.加入黄油,继续搅拌五分钟,再搅拌至面团能拉开光滑面膜即可。
  • 5.然后将面团揉成光滑的面团,放入不锈碗里面。
  • 6.以室温30度 ,湿度75%,盖上湿布发酵50分钟 ,即成甜面团。
  • 7.将面团分割成60克/个,分别滚圆,盖上湿布松弛20分钟,火腿肠准备好。
  • 8.取一份面团擀开,放入火腿肠,卷起来。
  • 9.摆入铺好蛋糕纸的烤盘。依次放入烤盘。以温度30度,湿度75%,发酵50分钟,放入烤箱,底部放一碗开水。然后刷一层鸡蛋液。均匀撒少许黑芝麻。
  • 10.放入42升的格兰仕烤箱,以上火200度,下火180度烘烤13分钟即可,每家烤箱的品牌大小不一样,所设置的温度和时间也不一样 。
