香葱肉松面包

Steps to make 香葱肉松面包

  • 1.所有材料
  • 2.盆内放入高筋粉,奶粉,蛋液,放入盐,和白糖,酵母放在低于30度温水里化开然后和面
  • 3.分三次添加玉米油,采取摔打面团 和搓衣服的方式让面团出膜
  • 4.盖上保鲜膜发酵,发酵后的面团有两倍大小,手指戳个洞不回缩
  • 5.取出面团排气后分为六个等份,盖上保鲜膜,醒15分钟
  • 6.取一块面团擀成牛舌状,然后卷起来,并排放在烤盘内
  • 7.放在烤箱内二次发酵,底部放杯温水
  • 8.发酵后的面团明天增大
  • 9.刷上全蛋液,葱花和蛋液混合,放在面包上,撒上肉松
  • 10.预热烤箱后放入,选择140度烤25分钟
  • 11.烤好后取出
  • 12.看拉丝
  • 13.内部非常松软
