  • 1.糯米粉放入面包机桶内,加入融化了细砂糖的热水,揉成团后,取出静置饧面备用。
  • 2.取两小团,分别揉入草莓粉和芒果粉
  • 3.取一块儿主色面团,揉成长橄榄型,在脊背位置粘少许其他颜色的面团。可以粘成五瓣梅花型,或者其他任意图形。
  • 4.模具中抹少许干粉,将面团入模具压实,尾部可用剪刀剪出开叉
  • 5.轻扣模具小心取出
  • 6.放在油纸上备用
  • 7.锅中烧热水,水开后将鲤鱼放入,浮起后小心捞出
  • 8.将锦鲤带汤勺里的少许汤水,一起倒在浅盘里。每条都如此操作。汤中混少许抹茶粉,调匀
  • 9.烧水和煮的同时,用剩余的彩色面团,做成简单的荷花,中间花心部分用牙签扎一些孔。同理用抹茶粉做出荷叶,煮熟,摆盘即可。
