Steps to make 蚝油炒鲜虾

  • 1.虾处理好,去除虾脚,虾须,虾枪,冲洗干净。
  • 2.加入两勺蚝油,一勺芝麻香油,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入料酒,姜,葱,腌制十五分钟。
  • 4.葱切段,两勺水淀粉,加入一勺蚝油,搅拌均匀备用。
  • 5.起锅烧油,加入蒜末炒出香味。
  • 6.倒入腌制好的鲜虾,小火翻炒至完全变色。
  • 7.倒入水淀粉,小火烧2分钟左右。
  • 8.放入葱段,大火收汁即可。
  • 9.起锅装盘,开吃。
