  • 1.冷冻大汤圆三个,做法前面一个菜谱有,我用的黑芝麻馅的,也可以选择自己喜欢的馅料,手抓饼一张拿出来解冻。
  • 2.放软的手抓饼分三份。
  • 3.放入一个冷冻好的汤圆。
  • 4.包好后向下收口收紧。
  • 5.依次包好三个放在烤盘上。
  • 6.蛋黄一个打散。
  • 7.蛋黄液涂在汤圆酥表面,撒适量黑芝麻。
  • 8.烤箱上下火180度15分钟就可以啦!
  • 9.用刀子切开,外皮酥脆,里面的黑芝麻已经流心了,超赞!
