#春日应季食材#汤圆,香甜软糯好吃营养,还寓意着着家庭团圆,幸福美满。现在,汤圆不仅除了品种超多外,吃法也不仅仅限于水煮那么简单了,油炸或是电烤都各有风味。元宵节过后,冰箱里还剩下不少汤圆,这不,最近我又学会了一种汤圆新做法,不水煮,也不油炸,表皮金黄酥脆,里面的汤圆软Q弹,还有馅料的葱香咸鲜,吃起来完全不油腻,一咬还爆浆;快来一起学学吧~~~

Steps to make 酥皮汤圆

  • 1.准备好食材,葱油饼是咸味的,所以我就搭配了蟹黄和蛋黄流沙2种咸口馅料的汤圆。
  • 2.汤圆提前取出解冻3、5分钟,不需要完全解冻。
  • 3.葱油饼,也是解冻个3~5分钟即可。
  • 4.葱油饼稍稍解冻后把葱油饼十字切开,切成4 小片。
  • 5.带上一次手套,取一个汤圆放在一片葱油饼上。
  • 6.用葱油饼把汤圆包裹起来,收口处捏紧朝下,再整理成一个光滑的圆球。
  • 7.全部包好后,放入空气炸锅的炸篮中。
  • 8.鸡蛋分离,只取蛋黄部分。
  • 9.用小刷子蘸上适量蛋黄液,刷在汤圆上。
  • 10.再分别撒上白芝麻和黑芝麻;我是用黑、白芝麻,来区分2种不同馅料的汤圆。
  • 11.把炸篮送入空气炸锅中,温度调节为180度,时间调至15分钟左右。
  • 12.最后2分钟注意观察,表面金黄即可,呜呜,有一个露馅了。
  • 13.表面金黄酥脆。
  • 14.里面的汤圆软糯Q弹。
  • 15.轻轻一咬就爆浆,真的太好吃啦。
