樱桃蛋糕卷
因为樱桃惹的祸。啥也别贪太多。春天樱桃采摘太多,冻着不新鲜。还浪费能源只好做果酱。一直不停的做点心夹馅。蛋糕卷也是利用晚上的时间做的。清晨起来抓紧拍的成品图。最后只留下切下来的一块当早点吃。然后直接打包拿去送小朋友。小朋友说:口感和卖相都可以和外卖的PK了。哈哈。听了好开心。的确蛋糕质地很细腻。口感很不错,加上樱桃酱酸甜。可以吃到没有朋友:)

  • 低筋粉90G
  • 60G
  • 鸡蛋4个(238克)
  • 牛奶80ML
  • 色拉油30ML

Steps to make 樱桃蛋糕卷

  • 1.牛奶 糖 油 蛋黄 液体放在一起搅拌均匀 融合形成蛋黄液
  • 2.蛋清放在无油无水的容器里 打发 在打发的过程中 糖分二次放 一次是蛋清起大泡泡 二次蛋清稍微有些稠加糖 打发到打蛋器上有小尖平放不弯曲就可以了
  • 3.打好的蛋白分几次 加蛋黄液里上下翻 颜色均匀就可以
  • 4.烤盘放上油脂 倒进拌好的蛋糊糊 轻轻的震下
  • 5.烤箱予热180度 放入烤盘温度调到140度左右大约 15分钟左右
  • 6.出烤箱倒扣 揭去油纸 切去四边 划上几个等份的浅刀
  • 7.蛋糕冷却好了 抹上樱桃酱
  • 8.卷起来 用新油纸包好定型 就OK了
