蜜汁猪肉脯
家里人都爱猪肉脯,追剧、下酒、磨牙,简直是老少皆宜~哈哈哈,但是吧,猪肉脯还真不是一般二般的贵,不敢放开腮帮子吃,我决定自己撸几盘❗️
蜜汁猪肉脯做起来一点也不难,只要记住几个要点,完全不是问题…

  • 猪里脊肉500g
  • 白糖半勺
  • 半勺
  • 料酒1勺
  • 生抽1勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 老抽半勺
  • 红曲粉半勺

Steps to make 蜜汁猪肉脯

  • 1.猪肉里脊切小块洗净,浸泡一小时(为了浸泡出血水),再用厨房纸吸干水分,吸得干干的。
  • 2.放入料理棒的绞肉机打成肉泥。
  • 3.依次加入蚝油、盐、生抽、老抽、白糖、料酒。
  • 4.再加入红曲粉,拌均匀,腌制一小时。
  • 5.油纸上放一块肉泥,隔着保鲜膜擀成均匀的薄片,重点是均匀!薄!去掉四周的边边角角!烤箱预热上下火180度,先烤10分钟,这是会发现烤箱里出现少量的血水,倒掉!
  • 6.取出两面都刷上蜂蜜水,撒上芝麻,继续中层烤8分钟,晾凉密封保存。
  • 7.好吃的蜜汁猪肉脯就做好啦。
