家常猪油白吉馍

  • 1.猪油放入面粉中,手搓均匀。
  • 2.放入酵母粉。
  • 3.放入白糖。
  • 4.温水和面,静置发酵。
  • 5.面已发酵,有了很多的气孔。
  • 6.移至面板,揉匀排气分成等份。
  • 7.取一份揉匀,擀成圆形。
  • 8.用叉子扎小孔。
  • 9.煎烤机预热刷油,将饼胚放入底盘。
  • 10.上下火加热,两面金黄即可出锅。
  • 11.用来夹肉夹菜。
